Paul Severs

Paul Severs is a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in the defense and maritime sectors. Currently serving as the Primary Program Manager for the NAVSEA Undersea Weapons & Warfare Systems (UWWS) Prime Contract at Synchron, LLC, since June 2021, Paul oversees a team providing critical support services to the US Navy. Previous roles include Maritime Sector Industry Analyst at Gemini Industries, Program Manager and Senior Analyst at WBB, and leadership positions within the Joint Staff, Destroyer Squadron 50, and USS ROOSEVELT, among others. Paul holds a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, a Master of Science in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
