Scott Porter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military logistics and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Synchron, LLC since August 2022, Scott previously held roles including NAVCENT HSP Program Manager for the US Navy, with responsibilities for contract oversight during various port visits from August 2017 to June 2022. Scott's notable contributions include leading a planning team that enhanced contractor oversight, creating metrics that improved manpower and project support significantly at U.S. Naval Central Command, and managing logistics and policy for major naval exercises and initiatives over a career spanning multiple positions within the U.S. Navy and related organizations.
