John McKinley

John McKinley has an extensive work experience in the medical and healthcare industry. John started their career as a Territory Sales Manager at MicroVention in 2002, where they successfully launched multiple new products and played a key role in building the business. John then moved on to become a Sales Manager at Microvena in 1997, where they led a team of sales representatives and international distributors for interventional radiology devices.

In 2010, McKinley founded JWM Consulting, where they provided sales and marketing leadership for corporate development and strategic growth. John specialized in endovascular and surgical devices. John also worked as the National Sales Manager for Pipeline Embolization Device at Covidien Neurovascular, where they recruited and led a team of clinical sales representatives for the launch of the device.

McKinley has also held various senior management positions in renowned companies such as Covidien Neurovascular, MicroVention, and MicroVention-Terumo. In these roles, they were responsible for training and developing sales teams, driving global market development, and establishing relationships with key market influencers.

Most recently, McKinley worked at Synchron as the Senior Director of Medical Education and Training. In this role, they utilized their expertise to provide strategic leadership for medical education and training initiatives.

Throughout their career, McKinley has demonstrated strong skills in sales, marketing, clinical leadership, business development, relationship management, team building, and developing sales and marketing strategies. John has a proven track record of successfully launching new products, driving adoption, and achieving revenue and profitability objectives.

John McKinley attended Colorado State University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned two degrees. John obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, and also a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications with a specialization in Broadcasting.
