Augustin DEBRAY is a seasoned professional with expertise in business management and strategic operations. Currently serving as Business Manager at Synchrone Fr since April 2025, Augustin oversees a profit center focused on IT service delivery, managing recruitment and personnel performance to ensure customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes a role as Chief of Staff at Stello, where Augustin provided strategic advice to the board, facilitated internal communication, and led initiatives to support entrepreneurs. Augustin possesses a strong commercial acumen developed through roles such as Sales Operations Manager and Account Manager in a startup insurance brokerage. As the founder of Self Made Watch, Augustin launched a business offering customized watch assembly kits. Prior engagements in the military reserves, volunteer work, and various internships in engineering and production have further enriched Augustin's diverse skill set.
