Nick Gatfield

Nick Gatfield is a seasoned music industry executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in leadership roles across major record labels and startups. Currently serving as the Founder of Twin Music Inc. since March 2015, Gatfield focuses on angel investment in creative talent. Additionally, Gatfield co-founded Ten Four in January 2024 and heads the Advisory Board at OverTune, while also being a co-founder and investor at Synchronized, a leading platform for managing in-video time-coded metadata. Previously, Gatfield held prominent positions including Chairman and CEO of Sony Music Entertainment, President of EMI's New Music division in North America and UK/Ireland, President of Island Records, and President of Polydor Records USA/Polygram Music Publishing.
