Richard Steinbaum

Richard Steinbaum serves as a Managing Partner at Cornerstone Employer Solutions, a human resources outsourcing firm, and at The Cornerstone Insurance Group. With a focus on reducing labor costs, minimizing employer liability, and maximizing employee productivity, Cornerstone Employer Solutions assists clients throughout the region. Richard is also a member of the Board Advisory Council at Anthem and a longstanding member of the National Association of Health Underwriters. Previously, Richard contributed as a board member at The Business Bank of St. Louis from 2007 to 2014. Richard holds a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, where studies took place from 1984 to 1988.
