Esther Kim

Esther Kim is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at Ark Las Vegas Restaurant Corp since June 2023. Kim has held significant roles including Senior Associate at Syncis since March 2018, General Manager at Boathouse Asian Eatery from November 2021 to May 2023, and General Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from March 2017 to March 2018. Additional experience includes the role of Assistant General Manager and Restaurant Manager at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, as well as managerial positions at The Venetian and Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
