Gilad W. has extensive experience in both leadership and entrepreneurial roles. Currently serving as the After-school Program Leader for Autistic Individuals at “Yom - Male” in Tel Aviv, Gilad W. coordinates activities to support the development of autistic individuals while collaborating with staff for tailored care. In addition, Gilad W. is an Advisory Council Member at Harvard Business Review and Co-Founder of SyncLabel. Previous roles include Rehabilitation Instructor for individuals with autism spectrum disorders at Beit Ekstein and Co-Founder positions at multiple companies such as BRANDMARK, See2Buy Retail Innovation, TESSERACT, and icebreaker chamonix. Gilad W. also founded Velocity outdoor brands and has expertise in retail technology from time spent as a Co-Founder at Shopcloud Ltd. Educational background includes studies at The College of Management Academic Studies from 2003 to 2005.
