Charlotte Kromer

Charlotte Kromer is an experienced operations expert currently working at SYNCPILOT Group since September 2020. Previously, Charlotte held the position of Junior Account Manager at Maisberger PR Agentur from September 2018 to February 2020, where responsibilities included B2B communication for industrial and IT companies, content and online marketing, product and corporate communications, editorial work, event communication, account management, and media relations. Additional roles include project assistant positions at sculpture network and Bayerische Staatsgemäldesammlungen, as well as involvement with the Goethe-Institut e.V. in cultural and leisure programming. Charlotte also served as a student assistant at the University of Regensburg in two different departments. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Philology from the University of Regensburg, along with additional education at Kazan State University and completion of a karriere tutor program in 2020.
