Florian Pfisterer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and public sectors. Currently serving as Head of Market Unit Insurance & Public and Senior Customer Success Architect at SYNCPILOT Group since February 2017, Florian has demonstrated leadership and expertise in customer success strategies. Previous roles include Niederlassungsleiter, Teamleiter, and Kundenberater at impuls Finanzmanagement AG from September 2010 to January 2017, as well as Teamleiter for Telecommunication & ISP at SATURN Deutschland from March 2008 to August 2010. Beginning a career at Deutsche Post as Kaufmann für Bürokommunikation from September 2005 to February 2008, Florian has cultivated a comprehensive skill set in management and customer relations throughout the years.
