Kai Jäger

Kai J. is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user interface and experience design. Currently serving as Lead User Interface Designer at DMI since February 2024, Kai J. leads the UI lifecycle through the development of symbol and pattern libraries, high-fidelity interfaces, and prototypes, while prioritizing user feedback to enhance user experience. Previously, as an Experience Designer at EPAM Systems from May 2021 to February 2023, Kai J. designed various interface prototypes for high-profile clients including Vanguard and Johnson & Johnson, and collaborated with stakeholders to address customer challenges. From June 2016 to May 2021, Kai J. worked as a Visual Designer at KEYMOTIV, where consultations with clients helped translate business objectives into intuitive user experiences and strong brand identities.
