John Polglase

John Polglase is the owner and president of Syncra Construction Corp, a general contracting and construction management firm in Vancouver. They have served as owner since 2005 and as president since 2014. The firm’s portfolio includes mixed-use, multi-family residential high rise, mid-rise and low-rise; commercial office and retail buildings; institutional and academic buildings; sporting and recreational facilities; and renovation projects. They earned a Diploma in Building Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (1989–1991) and a BA in Political Science from The University of British Columbia (1983–1987), and attended Point Grey High School (1978–1983).
