Ian Smith has over two decades of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM consulting, currently serving as Owner and President of SyncraTec Solutions, LLC since 2004, where expertise includes system implementation, automation, and data analytics to enhance productivity. As a Managing Partner at CRM Philly since 2014, Ian focuses on building a consulting practice centered around Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Previous roles include CRM Consultant positions at AmeriGas and Weight Watchers, and various consulting roles at other companies, demonstrating a proven track record in implementing and upgrading CRM solutions. Ian holds an MBA from Rider University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Wilkes University.
