Matthew Valazza is the Vice President of Corporate Development and M&A at Syncro. Prior to joining Syncro, Matthew was a Senior Associate at Mainsail Partners where they sourced and executed Mainsail's investment in Syncro. Before Mainsail, Matthew worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Stifel Financial Corp where they were a Technology Analyst.

Matthew Valazza received their Bachelors in Finance from Villanova University.

They work with Rajesh Agarwal - Vice President and Head of Engineering, Nicole DeBourg-Kahn - Chief People Officer, and Ian Alexander - Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer. Matthew Valazza reports to Emily Glass, Chief Executive Officer.
