Anand Iyer

Anand Iyer is an experienced professional in the field of business development and aftermarket services, currently serving as an Aftermarket Development Consultant at Syncron since June 2022. In this role, Anand focuses on leveraging a suite of SaaS solutions to enhance aftermarket service experiences, profitability, working capital optimization, and customer satisfaction for various companies. Prior to Syncron, Anand worked as a Business Development Manager at Neilsoft for over six years, where efforts were concentrated on expanding business in the European market and supporting engineering projects through hybrid collaboration models. An earlier tenure included a Management Trainee position at NRB Bearings Ltd., which enriched exposure to sales, marketing, and supply chain management. Anand's career began at ifm as an Application and Marketing Engineer, transitioning from a novice to an industry specialist. Anand holds an MBA from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, along with a Post Graduate Programme in Business Administration from the Indo-German Training Centre and a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
