Benjamin Herbstman

Benjamin Herbstman is an experienced professional in customer success, transformation, and supply chain management. Currently serving as the VP of Expert Services Americas at Syncron, Herbstman has held key roles such as Global Director of Transformation and Customer Excellence and Managing Consultant/Global Head of Customer Success Analytics. Prior experience includes positions at John Galt Solutions, Newell Rubbermaid—where responsibilities included Sr. Demand Planner and Global Planner/Buyer—and internships at Brad Foote Gear Works and UBS. Benjamin Herbstman earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Economics from Purdue University, graduating in 2008, and completed high school at Glenbrook North in 2004.
