Mateusz Stefek is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Tech Lead at Syncron since July 2023, Mateusz has also held the position of Software Engineer at Ciklum since February 2022. Prior roles include Software Engineer at CRESTT, Software Engineer at Sparkbit, and various positions at Syncron, including Software Architect and Software Developer. Early career experience includes Java Developer roles at Britenet and Javatech, as well as Software Developer positions at TLS-Technologie and Edge One Solutions. Mateusz holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Warsaw, completed in 2007.
