Nils Luuke

Nils Luuke is a seasoned senior manager with over 12 years of experience in the consumer goods industry, management consulting, and operations. They currently serve as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Syncron, driving product adoption and growth strategies. Nils has previously held leadership roles at Electrolux, including European Business Area Director for Spare Parts and Strategy Director for Repairability, where they managed significant P&L and led teams across Europe. Their career also includes notable positions at Rolls-Royce and Acando, where they demonstrated expertise in project management and operational excellence.
