Paulina Bielecka is a highly experienced quality engineer with a robust background in software testing and development. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Engineer and Test Developer at Syncron since January 2020, Paulina has also contributed as a Test & Analysis Engineer at Sii Poland for a project with PKO BP S.A. Prior to these roles, Paulina honed skills in software testing at Smart4Aviation and x-kom. Additionally, early career experience includes working as a Customer Advisor Assistant at Deutsche Bank. Paulina holds a Master of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Politechnika Krakowska and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa.
