Risa Sparks

Risa Sparks currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Syncron, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Risa was the CFO at ETQ from January 2023 to July 2025 and held multiple positions at Everbridge, including VP of M&A Integration and Senior Director of Finance, from January 2018 to January 2022. Risa also worked as Head of Finance at edX for a year beginning in January 2017, and as Director of Business Operations at SunEdison from January 2015 to January 2016. Risa's educational background includes an M.B.A. in Strategy and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Master of Engineering Management in Operations from Northwestern University.
