Monica Moyer has over 25 years of experience in marketing, project management and education. Monica began their career in 1994 as an intern and Project Coordinator at Carlson Marketing Group, where they managed event, sales and travel marketing programs for Ford and GM Accounts. In 1996, they were chosen as one of 13 specialists to execute the marketing strategy for the first electric vehicle in the nation (in modern time) for General Motors. After completing their Bachelor's Degree, Moyer was hired full-time as a Project Manager at Carlson Marketing Group, where they managed the EV1 auto show and event marketing programs, increasing sales from $3,000 to $950,000. In 1998, they were a Teacher and Assistant Swim Coach at St. John Bosco High School, where they earned "Rookie of the Year." In 2018, Moyer joined Whiteboard Marketing as a Content Manager & Local Business Listings Manager. In 2019, they joined SyncShow as a Manager, Team Success, leading new hires through onboarding and overseeing the team's reskilling, upskilling, and new skilling. Monica also served as a Digital Project Manager, leading projects through the production cycle on time and on budget, and as a Remote Copy Editor.

Monica Moyer obtained a Bachelor of Arts in American Public Affairs and Social Relations from Michigan State University's James Madison College in 1994. Monica has obtained several certifications since then, including Mel Robbins on Confidence from LinkedIn in February 2022, Complete Agile Management with Scrum from Udemy in May 2021, Google Analytics for Beginners from Google Analytics Academy in June 2020, HubSpot Content Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy in December 2020, Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy in November 2020, HubSpot Inbound Certification from HubSpot Academy in October 2020, and Facilitator of Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Steven Covey from Steven Covey, Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.
