Gemma Natori

Gemma Natori has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Gemma currently serves as the Director of Implementation & Onboarding at Synctera, where they are responsible for overseeing implementation and onboarding processes. Prior to that, Gemma worked at Access Softek, where they held various roles including Customer Implementations Team Lead and Implementation Team Lead. At Access Softek, they managed projects to implement customized mobile and online solutions for financial institutions. Before joining Access Softek, Gemma worked as an Analyst/Project Manager at Abt SRBI, specializing in transportation and environmental studies. Gemma also gained experience in research and data analysis as a Research Assistant at Smith College Institutional Research. Gemma has a strong background in tutoring and teaching, having served as a Social Science Statistics Tutor and a Japanese Language Tutor at Smith College. Additionally, they have experience in administrative and customer service roles, including as an Administrative Assistant at Smith College Dining Services. Earlier in their career, Gemma worked as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at Burton Snowboards, where they supported catalog translation, completed special projects, and assisted in website management. Gemma Natori completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology at Smith College from 2010 to 2014. Prior to attending Smith College, they attended Saint Maur International School between 2006 and 2010. In addition, Gemma has obtained the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in the year 2020.
