Matthew Decker

Matthew Decker is an experienced sales professional with a strong focus on embedded banking and cross-border payment solutions. Currently serving in Embedded Banking Sales at Synctera since March 2024, Matthew specializes in structuring banking solutions for fintechs, corporates, and banks. Prior to this role, Matthew led customer-facing initiatives as Head of Sales at Mozrt, enhancing the company's BaaS and cross-border payment offerings. Matthew's extensive background also includes significant positions at HSBC, where roles involved enterprise sales and partnerships in cross-border payments and FX solutions, as well as corporate FX sales in various regions including the UK and Western US. Earlier career experiences include corporate FX sales at Cambridge Global Payments, investment research sales at BCA Research, and a Vice Presidency at Lumni USA. Matthew holds a BSM in Finance from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business.
