Albert Gorlick

Albert Gorlick has worked in various roles since 2016. In 2016 and 2017, they were a Working Student in Controlling at Forbo Flooring Systems, where they developed data-driven business control from a controlling perspective, created a dashboard to monitor service and product quality, designed and implemented a freight cost monitoring tool, and supported the annual budget process for the DACH region. In 2017, they were a Student Intern in IT/Business Excellence/Process Management at SanLucar Group. In 2019, they were a Digitalization & Technology at UNITY. In 2020, they were a FoundersLab Attendee at Founders Foundation gGmbH and Co-Founder and CEO at Synctive, where they help machinery manufacturers implement equipment-as-a-service and pay-per-use business models.

Albert Gorlick has a diverse educational background. Albert obtained a Bachelor of Science in International Business Studies from Paderborn University in 2017, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Valencia in 2017. Albert then pursued a Master of Science in Management Science and Technology from Athens University of Economics and Business in 2018, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management Informations Systems from Paderborn University, which they are expected to complete in 2021. Additionally, they hold a Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera (Nivel B1) from Instituto Cervantes and a 2nd Place Winner at the 39th John Molson MBA International Case Competition (Concordia University, Canada) from the John Molson MBA International Case Competition, which they obtained in 2020.
