Technical Support Engineer at Syncworks

Robert Jodrie has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Robert began their career in 1996 at Verizon as a Supervisor, managing teams responsible for monitoring and maintaining customer networks. Robert then took on the role of Section Manager, managing a National Network Operations Center responsible for monitoring power and environmental alarms. In this role, they developed and published yearly work schedules for associates, as well as wrote and delivered mid-year and year end performance reviews. Robert then moved on to become a Supplier Manager, partnering with equipment suppliers to identify and assess the scope and impact of product change notices to the network. Robert also hosted weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with suppliers and field operations teams. Lastly, they were a Technical Support Engineer, providing National Tier II Transport Technical Support for Verizon provisioning and maintenance centers and field personnel. In 2015, Robert joined Syncworks as a Technical Support Engineer, where they engineered, installed, and provided technical support for Network Synchronization Systems. Robert also maintained a lab to provide training, test BITS, and perform equipment upgrades. Robert eventually became a Technical Support Manager at Syncworks.

Robert Jodrie completed their secondary education at Deering High School from 1975 to 1978. Robert then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology from 1980 to 1988, with a focus on Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
