Ilya Kisel

Ilya Kisel has worked in two companies. From 2017 to present, they have been the Chief Operating Officer of Synder by CloudBusiness, where they have been responsible for driving growth, establishing policies, and connecting daily operations. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, they were a Project Manager at SEM, where their main responsibilities included developing new approaches and techniques to widen the target audience, accelerating growth, establishing high quality customer service, and reducing time on order fulfilment.

Ilya Kisel started their education in 2010 when they enrolled in Minsk State Linguistic University and obtained a Master's degree in Communication, General in 2015. In 2021, they enrolled in Y Combinator and is currently attending. In April 2022, they obtained a Shoptalk Retail Education Certificate from Shoptalk.
