Michael Crabb

Michael Crabb has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Michael currently holds the position of Director of Engineering at Syndigo since October 2020. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2020, they worked at SERVPRO as a Quality Assurance Manager. Before that, from 2012 to 2015, they served as a Quality Assurance Manager at Asurion, where they managed multiple high performing QA teams and led process and automation improvements. From 2003 to 2012, they worked at Edgenet as a Senior QA Engineer and Configuration and Release Engineer, where they led QA teams, coached and mentored testers, and managed software build release. Michael started their career at MetLife / BT Services TN in 1992, holding various roles such as Implementations Project Manager, Implementation Project Leader, Client Service Manager, Team Specialist Participant Services, and Participant Service Representative.

Michael Crabb has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Belmont University. Michael is also a Certified Software Testing Professional, obtained in 2012 from the International Institute for Software Testing.
