Michael Jones has over seven years of experience in IT infrastructure and support roles. Currently serving as an Infrastructure Administrator at Syndigo since January 2019, Michael manages the Nashville data center in collaboration with the Network Engineer. Prior to this, Michael worked as a Systems Administrator at Edgenet, where responsibilities included technical support and collaboration with system and network administrators. Earlier roles included a Support Analyst Contractor position at Surgery Partners, LLC, providing technical assistance for over 180 locations, and as a Service Desk Professional at Davita, supporting outpatient clinics. Michael's foundational experience includes working as an Assistant Manager at Advanced Auto Parts, where responsibilities spanned employee management and customer service. Michael holds an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Networking Technology from Nashville State Technical Institute, further complemented by education at Middle Tennessee State University and Ravenwood High School.
