Paige Einstein

Paige Einstein, RD, is a registered dietitian with a passion for creating and improving nutrition data that resonates with the public. From 2011 to 2015, Paige worked as a Project Coordinator for the Nutrition Action Healthletter at the Center for Science in the Public Interest, leading a team in producing monthly articles and managing media inquiries. Paige served as a Registered Dietitian at NormalBalance in 2011, providing nutritional counseling and support for patients with various medical conditions. Since 2016, Paige has held the position of Director of Nutrition at Syndigo, where they continue to advance in the field. Paige is currently enrolled in the UVA PostBac Pre-Medical Program.
