Alex Cucer

Alex Cucer has had a diverse range of roles throughout their work experience. Alex started their career as a Senior PHP Developer & Team Lead at Yopeso in 2012 and worked there until 2013. Alex then joined Flosites as a Technical Lead from 2013 to 2014. Following that, they worked at Mitoc Group as a Technical Lead from 2014 to 2017, where they led the development department and worked on various projects involving Python/Django, PHP/Symfony2, Node.js, and AWS.

In 2017, Alex became the Chief Executive Officer at Titanium Codes. Alex later transitioned to the role of Chief Technology Officer at Titanium Codes in 2018, where they remained until 2023. During their time at Titanium Codes, they were responsible for overseeing technology and development, and was involved in the creation of innovative products and services.

In 2018, they also took on the role of Chief Technology Officer at Titanium Technologies, where they served until 2023. In this role, they continued to lead technological advancements and was involved in implementing cutting-edge technologies and strategies.

In 2018, Alex also became the Chief Technology Officer at Securer, a position they held until 2023. Alex played a key role in driving technological advancements, particularly in the area of security.

In 2021, Alex joined Diversifi as an R&D Manager, where they were involved in developing proprietary and 3rd party cryptocurrency-based financial instruments. Alex contributed to the creation of risk-mitigation strategies and worked on maximizing profit and minimizing volatility and risk in both CeFi and DeFi.

Later in 2021, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at InvestaX, where they played a crucial role in developing a Tokenization SaaS platform. This platform enabled the issuance, trading, and custody of security tokens for private market assets.

In the same year, they also served as the Chief Technology Officer at IX Swap, a company that provided access to private market investment opportunities via security tokens and tokenization.

Most recently, Alex joined Syndika in 2023 as the Head of Technology.

Throughout their career, Alex has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to innovation in the technology industry.

Alex Cucer started their education at Mihail Kogălniceanu from 1996 to 2008. Alex then attended Universitatea Tehnică a Moldovei in 2011-2012, where they studied Information Science (IT). From 2012 to 2014, Alex studied Information Science (IT) at Universitatea de Stat din Moldova. Finally, they pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management at IMI-NOVA from 2016 to 2020.
