Kate G. serves as the Senior Manager of Revenue Enablement at Syndio since May 2022, focusing on enhancing the skills of customer-facing teams to support workplace equity initiatives. Prior to Syndio, Kate held various positions at Compass from 2020 to May 2022, including Revenue Enablement Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager, successfully meeting operational KPIs and launching new markets. Kate's experience extends to Delta Air Lines from 2015 to 2020 as Inflight Cabin Crew and earlier roles at Blair Gordon Design and Virgin America, where significant contributions included assisting in the launch of an award-winning airline. Kate holds a B.A. in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Washington State University and additional culinary training from Apicius International School of Hospitality.
