Lya Jongeling has extensive experience in project management and healthcare. Beginning as a Project Leader at Syndion from September 1998 to August 2001, Lya then worked at Ibox kinderopvang as KDV Panda en Koala from September 2001 to April 2003. After returning to Syndion as Cluster Manager in May 2003, Lya has also served as a Zorg professional in de GGZ at Astare since November 2020 and as a Coach en supervisor at Magenta-live-coaching since February 2015. Lya holds an HBO + opleiding in Supervisie from Hoge school Domstad, a Bachelor in SPH organisatie en management from Hoge School de Horst in Driebergen, and a Coaching certification in Coaching/systemisch coachen from Van Kempen Impuls.
