Boris Nedic

Boris Nedic is an accomplished Scrum Master and lecturer with extensive experience in project management and Agile methodologies. Currently, Boris serves as a Scrum Master at Synechron since February 2022 and lectures on the Scrum Master course at Poslovna savršenost since October 2021. Previously, Boris worked as a Scrum Master at RT-RK, where significant contributions included the implementation of the Scrum framework, coaching teams, and fostering a feedback culture to improve project organization. Prior experience at NIS Gazprom Neft involved roles such as Project Manager and Engineer for Investment Estimation, focusing on investment project analysis, development, and monitoring in various sectors. Boris holds a Master of Architecture degree from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, obtained in 2010.
