Mark Turner

Mark Turner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the financial services and consulting industries. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Synechron since October 2025, Mark previously held positions such as Partner at NextWave Consulting, Product Integration Lead at OSTTRA, and Lead Programme Manager at Santander UK. Mark's career also includes significant tenures as Managing Director at both Barclays and UBS, as well as a role as Senior Manager at Accenture. Mark holds an MBA in Business from Hult Ashridge Executive Education, earned between 1997 and 2000.
