Ewa Kielar

Ewa Kielar, MBA, PHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Team Manager at Synectics Inc. since June 2017, where Ewa has also held the roles of HR Team Lead and HR Generalist. Previous positions include roles in human resources at Huron, and as an HR Administrator at The Warranty Group. Ewa's career began at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago as a Recruitment Coordinator, followed by a position as a Benefits Representative at Tribune Company. Early experience includes work as a Passenger Service Agent with Air France and an internship at Aflac as a Recruitment Intern. Ewa holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Science in Management with an emphasis on Human Resources from the University of Illinois Chicago.
