Andrew Piche

Andrew Piche has worked in the IT industry since 1996. Andrew began their career in the United States Navy as a Cryptologic Technician Technical, Petty Officer 2nd Class. After completing their service, they worked as a System Administrator for Norlight Telecommunications and Norlight Inc. from 2006 to 2009. Andrew then worked as a Systems Engineer for nGenX from 2009 to 2010, followed by a role as an Engineer II - Network Operations / Network Systems at Windstream Communications from 2010 to 2012. During 2012, they held two positions, one as a Supervisor - Data Center Operations at Windstream Hosted Solutions and one as a Senior Information Solutions Consultant at SynerComm. In this role, they provided security infrastructure, network infrastructure, enterprise mobility, remote access, wireless solutions, audit, penetration testing, information assurance, data center, WAN, MPLS, and disaster recovery consulting for a variety of clients. Andrew was highly experienced and certified in Palo Alto firewalls, F5 Applications Delivery Controllers, Juniper and Cisco routing, and switching.

Andrew Piche began their educational journey in 2000 when they attended Milwaukee Area Technical College, studying Networking and Cisco. Andrew then went on to obtain certifications from Palo Alto Networks, Juniper Networks, Arista Networks, Citrix, F5 Networks, and Ingenious Technical Champion.
