Michael Ninfa

Michael Ninfa began their work experience as a Quality Assurance employee at ARM - Accounts Receivable Management from May 2011 to August 2011. Michael then worked as a Collection Agent at the same company from May 2012 to May 2013. Afterwards, Michael joined Target as a Team Trainer in May 2015 and held that role until May 2018 when they became a Property Management Technician at Target in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Michael was then promoted to Sales Manager at Synerfac Technical Staffing in July 2022, where they currently work.

Michael Ninfa attended Rowan University from 2010 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
