We met as strangers at a dinner table. Six people, one night, no scripts. The kind of evening where you say things you've never said out loud — because something about the room makes it safe to.

We both have very different backgrounds, Sarah was in commercial construction for 25 years and suffering severe burnout. She healed the from the inside out using natural healing modalities and works personally with leading teachers in health and wellness including Wim Hof and Master Yang. 

Ian “Powerhouse” Jacobs — a 3-time kickboxing world champion and holder of the fastest knockout in kickboxing history a staggering 1.8 seconds  — brings the discipline, resilience, and mental conditioning forged at the highest level of elite sport.

But behind the titles and records is a deeper journey, one that goes beyond physical performance. Ian’s path has evolved into helping others master their internal world: managing pressure, overcoming adversity, and reconnecting to clarity, strength, and purpose.

Together, we bring two very different worlds — high-performance sport and deep personal healing — into one shared space.
