Ray Paddock

Ray Paddock has over 40 years of work experience in the technology industry. Ray began their career in 1978 as an Area Manager - Software Services for Digital Equipment Corporation. In 1995, they moved to StorageTek as a Director. In 2001, they became Vice President, Marketing and Business Dev for Intrado. In 2006, they founded StepFunction Strategies LLC, where they served as Founder & CEO from 2013-2017. In 2010, they became Vice President, Public Safety for Dash Carrier Services. In 2011, they joined Bandwidth.com as Vice President Product & EVS Business Development, inetwork Business Unit. In 2017, they moved to Inteliquent as Vice President Government Markets Business Development, responsible for developing and implementing Inteliquent’s go-to-market strategy for government markets. In 2022, they began their current role as Vice President Of Business Development for Synergem Technologies, Inc.

Ray Paddock obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the Illinois Institute of Technology between 1971 and 1975. Ray then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University between 1984 and 1988.
