Tim Strain is a Product Implementation Analyst at Synergent since March 2020, managing the implementation of payment products focused on cards and ATM projects. Tim has also been a Freelance Photographer since July 2016, specializing in aerial, event, and still-life photography. Previously, Tim worked at EVO Payments, Inc. as a Retention Specialist, where responsibilities included customer service management and creating training materials. Tim’s diverse work history includes various roles at Migis Hotel Group, member services positions at Zipcar, a training role at Kendall Square Cinema, content editing for 360Chestnut, a production assistant position at Travel Channel, and as a Corps Member at Jumpstart. Tim holds a B.A. in Media Studies with a minor in Journalism from Emerson College.
