Neithard Foley

Neithard Foley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the finance and payments sectors. Currently serving as President of Synergex International Corporation since 2026, Neithard is responsible for driving the company’s strategic vision and focusing on both organic expansion and acquisitions. Prior roles include serving as Chief Payments Officer at Concord Servicing, Private Equity Deal Advisor at paySavant, and Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operations Officer at Equiant Financial Services Inc. Additional positions held include Head of Finance at Axway, VP Operations at Vantiv, and Senior Director of Finance at Hypercom. Neithard began a career in management at The Home Depot. Academically, Neithard has an MBA in Accountancy & Applied Leadership from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Finance from the University of Arizona, and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2010.
