Previous roles include a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst at Synergi, where responsibilities involved being the first line of contact for technical assistance, and a Control Systems/Software & Infrastructure Engineer at KDI Systems Ltd for six years, focusing on integrated systems development. Early career experiences include IT consultancy, desktop publishing, and CAD operations. Matt holds a Master of Science in Computer Science, a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computing, and a foundation degree in ICT, all from Northumbria University.
