Eric Frasz is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in the construction industry, currently employed at Synergi since June 2022. Previously, Frasz held roles as Lead Project Manager and Project Manager at Architectural Elements from June 2018 to July 2022, and as Project Manager at The Southampton Group from February 2016 to May 2018, overseeing complex projects valued between $450K and $5M. Frasz demonstrated expertise in managing operations for new home construction, remodels, and additions, including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, and compliance with permitting and code regulations. Earlier in the career, Frasz was the Silver City Stone Production Manager and Sales at Diamond Construction, Inc., and worked as a self-employed Construction Coordinator from 2005 to May 2013. Frasz obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising Design from Syracuse University and pursued an unfinished Master's in Urban Planning at Cleveland State University.
