The company was registered in 1997 in Odessa (Ukraine) as representation of the Swiss company Reichle & De-Massari AG in Ukraine, one of the biggest producers of the structured cable systems’ equipment in the world. At the end of 2006  the company changed its name into Synergia SE. For now the company has state registration in Kyiv (Ukraine). 

The company realizes the following kinds of economic activity under the Statute: 
- delivery, projection and putting into operation of cross equipment, structured cable systems of any complexity on the basis of R&M and Thorsman products; 
-  consulting and personnel training services; 
- giving services in the sphere of project management and engineering; 
- fulfilling works and implementation of radio-electronic equipment and systems for aircraft, marine and river transport of Ukraine. 

The company is completed by qualified personnel and legal documents that provide tasks fulfilling of any difficulty in the stated term and of high quality. 

The company has its own training center with certified teachers. 


At the company’s production units in Ukraine equipment for structured cable systems is manufactured and delivered into the home market, the part of the equipment is also exported into the other countries

The production, that is produced and delivered by the company, is certified in Ukraine. 

The company has branchy dealers’ system (more than 130 authorized partners) at the territory of Ukraine.
