Steven Kustra

Steven Kustra has a broad range of work experience. From 2005 to 2022, they have held various roles in different companies. In 2005, they served as an Assistant Boys Lacrosse Coach - Volunteer for Vincentian Academy & Sisters of Charity of Nazareth, Pittsburgh Campus. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Milieu Coordinator/Child Development Specialist at The Bradley Center and as an Operating Room Aide at UPMC. In 2013, they were a Youth Counselor at Holy Family Institute. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Lally & Co., where they held the roles of Senior Audit & Accounting Associate, Audit & Accounting Associate, and Tax Associate. In 2021, they became the Controller at Bova Corp, where they directed all activities of the accounting, finance, and administrative departments of the Company and managed all related staff in those departments. Steven also created Company-wide process and procedure improvement initiatives and directed the necessary activities to bring those initiative ideas to fruition. In 2022, they began working as an Assistant Controller at synergIT Incorporated.

Steven Kustra attended La Roche University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration. Steven then transferred to Community College of Allegheny County from 2012 to 2013, where they completed transfer work in Accounting and Business/Management. Finally, they attended Point Park University from 2013 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
