We provide safe, supported accommodation, that promotes the independence of young people and encourages them to care for themselves by learning wellbeing, health, education and employment skills.
We acknowledge that the young people arriving at Synergize Aspirationz (SA) are at a pivotal stage in their lives. Our duty is to provide exceptional support through a dedicated, compassionate and professional team who will assist young people transitioning from leaving care to attaining independence. Our enriched service is uniquely tailored and ensures the correct support is provided to each individual in their developmental stages. SA also provides external services that can assist young people who have difficulties with mental health, criminal activity, education and sexual health. We aim to provide life skills that young people will remember and utilise for the rest of their lives.
Each provision caters for three to four young people, ages 16 to 20.
