Jack Algiere is the Chief Agroecology Officer at Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture, a position held since 2003. As a lifelong organic farmer and naturalist, Jack focuses on co-creating community action through joy, nature, and farming. They actively lead partnerships with various organizations to support land stewardship and healthy communities, and provide advisory services to foundations on agricultural and regenerative projects. Additionally, Jack serves on several boards, such as NOFA-NY and Johnny's Selected Seeds, and is a member of the Pocantico Hills Fire District Board of Fire Commissioners.
