Jay Teo has extensive experience in the information technology sector, particularly in application services and support roles. Currently serving as the SAP Application Services Lead at Synergy since January 2015, Jay has held various positions including Major Incident Manager, Applications Support Lead, and Program Manager for Pandemic Response. Prior to Synergy, Jay worked at CSC as a Service Desk Analyst and at Arrow Computers as Store Manager. Jay holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Information Systems from Curtin University and has completed GCE 'O' Levels at Chung Hwa Middle School in Brunei Darussalam.
