Tim Norman

Tim Norman serves as the Head of Product at Synergy Cloud, overseeing product development and management since June 2019. With extensive experience in product management, Tim has successfully led B2C SaaS products from inception to market, collaborated with stakeholders, and driven product improvement strategies. Prior roles at Claims Consortium Group included Product Manager and Business Analyst, where Tim was responsible for delivering bespoke software solutions and managing stakeholder relationships. Additional experience includes positions at Viridor, Debenhams, Somerset County Council, and Kelly Services, covering various analyst and support roles. Tim holds A Levels in Business Studies, Psychology, Sociology, and Law, along with 11 GCSEs from Bishop Fox's Community School.
