Ogün Kaplan is a civil engineer with extensive experience in site management and engineering across various construction projects. Kaplan began an internship at STFA Construction Group in May 2015 and has since held significant roles, including Site Chief at Caba İnşaat Enerji Turizm San. Ve Tic. A.Ş. overseeing projects like the ASELSAN office building and a dormitory for 1000 people. As a Site Chief at Star Blue Sky Plus, Kaplan managed a luxury mixed-use high-rise complex valued at $30 million, supervising up to 150 workers. Additional experience includes site engineering for the Odunpazarı Moders Museum and overseeing finishing works at BMW’s Electric Car Factory in Hungary. Kaplan graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from İstanbul Kültür Üniversitesi in 2017.
